You should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams.
Responsibilities:Regulations bodies collaboration and setting good relationshipsLiaise with head office and weekly sync up and reportingResearch the country or region thoroughly and adapt strategies accordinglyImplement an effective brand strategy and ensure consistencyImprove and increase business KPIsBuild professional relationships with clientsConstantly maintain a good image of the companyRecruit and train new local staffRequirements:Vast experience (min. 3 years) and understanding of the iGaming industry on a local marketRelationships with local regulatory bodies and complete understanding of local laws of iGaming industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferably a Master's degree)Experience in regulated markets is a mustExcellent interpersonal and analytical skillsA good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learnThe ability to provide excellent customer serviceFluent in English & based in Cyprus or Malta.Let’s Work
