Visitor Engagement and Operations Manager, Clerk Grade 9/10 Temporary full-time for up to 4 years The Visitor Engagement & Operations Manager provides senior leadership for all visitor services and experiences at Powerhouse Parramatta. The role focuses on shaping and embedding a precinct‑wide, visitor‑centred culture while delivering a world‑class cultural destination that authentically reflects Western Sydney communities. Leading the Visitor team, you will collaborate across departments to drive innovation in strategy, policies, procedures, programs and operational frameworks that enhance every stage of the visitor journey—from arrival through to departure. As a key leader of the precinct experience, you will ensure site readiness and foster strong relationships with community, commercial and industry partners. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position requires a consistent leadership presence across weekdays, weekends and evenings to support site operations and the full breadth of Powerhouse programming.
