Marketing Graduate This role is responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness, investor engagement, and business growth for the firm. This role assists the marketing team through campaign coordination, content creation, event management, and market research, contributing to effective communication with clients and stakeholders in Australia’s dynamic investment sector. Position Description Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation. Manage and update website content, blogs, and newsletters. Support in designing presentations, marketing collateral, and promotional materials. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with audiences. Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities. Coordinate marketing events, sponsorships, and PR initiatives. Report: Marketing Director Key Contacts: Executive, Investor Relations, Compliance, Third Party Agencies & Responsible Entities. Requirements Commercial Judgement. Strategic Capacity. Engagement Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in financial markets, investment management, and asset management. Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn). Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
