The Role: Kitchen Crew We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our Kitchen Crew on a full‑time or permanent part‑time basis. This role is the backbone of our operation, ensuring every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of freshness, flavour, and presentation for our customers to enjoy. Key Responsibilities Preparation Excellence: Execute all food preparation tasks, including the making of our tortillas, corn chips, authentic salsas, and marinades, with speed and accuracy. Line Operations: Work efficiently on the line during service hours, cooking and plating dishes according to Antojitos' recipes and quality control standards. Quality & Consistency: Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and organisation in all work areas. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all of our kitchen and customer service team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
