As a Trainee Games Dealer , you will be provided with paid training to learn this new skill and once completed, you will have an extensive game knowledge in either Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette or Poker as well as various minor games and chip work abilities that are world renown. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our local, interstate and international guests. Interviews are set to be held on the 20th of January 2026 with successful applicants commencing early March 2026. (Availability for full‑time training, Monday to Friday, for 5 weeks is essential) A few of your responsibilities: Deal table games with proficiency and accuracy Maintain a high level of confidentiality and game awareness to protect the integrity of the game and the players Promptly report any potential breaches of game security Ensure that the assigned games are fully always equipped and functional Maintain thorough knowledge of gaming rewards program and other property promotions What we are looking for: Outstanding customer service and communication skills Proficiency in maths, ability to tackle mathematic problems without a calculator Attention to detail & high level of concentration Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks) About you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world‑class service.
