Our team is growing and we’re looking for a permanent, full‑time Sample Logistics Officer to join our expert crew. Your Role: As a Sample Logistics Officer , you’ll be part of the Sample Logistics Team, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of clinical and preclinical samples. Your day‑to‑day work directly supports our bioanalytical scientists and plays a critical role in the smooth operation of our laboratory services. What You’ll Do: Receive and log incoming sample shipments in our LIMS and freezer management system Communicate with internal teams and help resolve any sample queries Prepare samples for analysis and assist with outgoing shipments and disposals Perform basic quality control checks Keep our lab environment organised, clean, and safe Accurately complete records using systems like Monday.com Adhere to OECD GLP regulations, WHS policies, and company SOPs What You Bring: Certificate III in Laboratory Skills (or similar) – desirable Familiarity with basic lab procedures and safety practices Strong attention to detail and time management A proactive, flexible, and team‑focused mindset Good communication skills and computer literacy (especially MS Office) Why Join Agilex Biolabs?
