Club General Manager – World Gym Fairfield Born in the golden era of bodybuilding on Venice Beach in 1976, World Gym has grown into a global fitness powerhouse. The Opportunity As the Club General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our new facility. You’ll lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team across sales, customer service, retail, personal training, and group fitness. You’ll shape the culture, fuel the vibe, and make sure every member walks out the door feeling better than when they came in. We’re after someone with strong leadership, proven sales ability, and a genuine passion for fitness — someone who loves building teams, achieving goals, and having fun doing it. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire your team to deliver unbeatable service and achieve outstanding results. Drive growth through strong sales management, membership conversion, and retention strategies. Own the numbers — manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with confidence. Stay ahead of the game by bringing innovative, forward-thinking ideas to the club. Build a thriving culture — create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff alike. Up-skill, train and mentor team members.
