Lead the future of contaminated land consultancy in Sydney. With one of the largest teams in the region and a strong pipeline for , we’re growing, and we’re looking for an Associate to Senior Associate-level expert in contaminated land and groundwater to join us. You’ll work on high-impact contaminated sites and remediation projects leading full lifecycle site assessments and shaping strategy, innovation, and client engagement. What you’ll do: Lead complex projects and mentor a high-performing team Drive technical excellence and market growth Build strong client relationships and sector strategies Collaborate across disciplines and our global network About you Previous consultancy experience is required. You will have deep experience in providing technical leadership and strategic advice to clients while leading multiple high-profile projects, with significant experience overseeing field programs. In addition, you bring the following experience and attributes: Exceptional understanding of the structure and application of the NSW contaminated land regulatory framework Experience in leading subcontractors on multiple sites in both assessment and remediation activities Competentin identifying and managing risk on substantial projects Experience in managing, tracking and meeting client funding and related targets Proven ability in building the client-centricity capability of others and transferring expertise within an organisation Experience in developing and implementing major/strategic client relationship plans Compelling leadership style with the ability to inspire, motivate, encourage and influence others through a socially impactful style Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
