The Role We’re hiring for multiple Senior Software Engineers to join our growing team in Sydney. This is your chance to take ownership of complex projects, mentor other engineers, and make a meaningful impact on a category-defining product. You’ll work across our modern Node.js/TypeScript tech stack, which we’re constantly optimising to move and iterate faster. You’ll have autonomy and trust to lead key projects and mentor team members without unnecessary layers of approval. Your Impact Architect, build, and deliver features across the entire stack from frontend to backend systems and cloud infrastructure. Take ownership of complex, mission-critical projects, delivering impactful features within your first month and guiding them from ideation to production. Push the boundaries of AI capabilities, designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for customers. Shape engineering culture, processes, and ways of working as we scale. Mentor and coach engineers of all levels, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. Set and uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to align technical direction with business goals. Our Tech Stack Frontend: Vue.js, Nuxt, TypeScript Backend: Express.js, Node.js, TypeScript Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL Cloud & Deployment: Vercel, AWS What We’re Looking For 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments. Strong expertise in our tech stack or a demonstrated ability to quickly master new technologies. Thrives in dynamic, high-performance startup settings and is comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and initiative. Proven ability to own projects, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality, impactful results. Deep interest in AI and excitement to build innovative, category-defining products. Regularly leverage AI tools to boost productivity and innovation. Bonus Points Experience designing systems for real-world or enterprise environments. Contributed to open-source projects. Knowledge of AI workflows, LLMs, or agent-based systems. Experience with technologies: Vue.js, Nuxt, Express.js; multi-tenanted AWS deployments using Lambda, Batch, CloudWatch, Terraform; MongoDB and PostgreSQL; enterprise deployments with RBAC, compliance frameworks, or on-premise cloud deployments.
