Subway West Croydon - Assistant Manager We are looking for someone who’s interested in assisting with the day‑to‑day operations of the store. You will report to the Store Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the reason guests keep coming back About The Role As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store upholds our high standards, leading to a great guest experience every time. Duties Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day‑to‑day tasks of the store Provide a great training experience for onboarding team members Monitor stock levels and product wastage Manage deliveries Ensure health and safety standards are upheld in the store Rostering Develop plans to drive sales and improve customer experience Skills and Experience Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality Previous leadership experience is desired but not necessary Ability to lead a team environment Great communication skills Working in a team environment Organisational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasks Benefits We care about you We want the best for our team, and our management team will ensure that Sandwich Artists feel comfortable with their employment.
