Responsibilities Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager, work closely with project and site managers and operational teams providing guidance on any HSE matters. Advise on legislative and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain Built’s policies and frameworks. Identify training needs and coach teams in solutions. Ensure significant incidents are investigated and actions are closed out in a timely manner. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Building and Construction industry. HSE auditor certification and a Certificate IV in WHS and workplace training and assessment. Demonstrated working knowledge of environmental legislation. Ability to partner and influence a variety of stakeholders. Ability to drive change and results through teams. Essential Information Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment type: Full‑time.
