Your growth in the coming years may include visiting interior design studios and potentially becoming an architectural sales consultant, allowing you to build meaningful relationships on-site at various interior design firms. About the Role Welcome customers to the showroom and showcase our range of stone slabs and tiles to architects, designers, end-users, and stonemasons. Ask open-ended questions to understand customer style, needs, and timelines, providing tailored product recommendations. Respond to phone and email enquiries with personalised service to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with stakeholders on samples, quotes, and lead times, offering accurate and up-to-date product information. Manage admin tasks including order processing, material pickups, inventory checks, and supporting the external sales team. Keep the showroom immaculate—restocking, tidying, and ensuring brochures and displays are refreshed. About You You’re the type who always has a few Pinterest boards on the go and never misses a good design show. You love seeing how small details and creative ideas bring spaces to life. While you have an interest in interior design, you’re most fulfilled connecting with others—using your outgoing personality and natural people skills to build rapport and make a lasting impression.
