We’re seeking a hands‑on Cosmetic Chemist/Formulator to work alongside our Senior Cosmetic Chemist in the development and production of cutting‑edge skincare formulations. About the Role In this role, you’ll be involved in all stages of product development, from concept and formulation through to testing and production. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with our Senior Cosmetic Chemist to create new and innovative formulations. Refining and optimising existing product formulas. Managing sample creation and presentation for clients. Hands‑on preparation of production‑ready formulations. Evaluating and selecting raw materials for performance, stability, and compliance. Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Developing standard operating procedures and manufacturing documentation for each formula. Maintaining a detailed digital database of formulas and batch manufacturing records. Supporting the growth and promotion of our in‑house product range. About You We’re looking for someone who is passionate about cosmetic chemistry and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. You’ll ideally bring: A Diploma of Cosmetic Formulation (or equivalent qualification). Practical experience in cosmetic or cosmeceutical formulation (preferred). Strong organisational and time‑management skills. High attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
