Accounts Payable Reconciler – dentsu Location : South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Contract Type : 6-month fixed term contract Working arrangement : Flexible work-from-home setup Job Description As an Accounts Payable Reconciler in our Melbourne office, you’ll ensure the accuracy and timeliness of supplier payments across the dentsu brands. This role is responsible for reconciling media payables, resolving disputes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, dentsu brands, and internal finance teams. By delivering precise reconciliations and proactive issue management, the position supports operational excellence and helps uphold the integrity of financial processes across the business. Core Responsibilities Investigate discrepancies, validate supplier invoices, and ensure all accounts are accurate and up to date. Liaise with suppliers and dentsu brands to address queries, escalating issues when necessary, and implementing processes to minimize recurring disputes. Monitor payment schedules, follow up on outstanding items, and escalated overdue suppliers to relevant stakeholders. Maintain strong communication channels to support end-to-end resolution of payable activities and ensure smooth operational processes. Manage workload effectively, maintain attention to detail, and proactively identify and resolve issues to uphold operational excellence.
