Their innovative & welcoming team is growing – the opportunity for a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist to join the North Strathfield team is on offer. The Role Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers & support your clients in their return to work Focus on quality & achieving outcomes Vocational Assessments & Counselling Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes Hybrid role approximately 50 / 50 Clinical & Workplace Rehabilitation Perform Psychological treatment & counselling under this organisation's clinical arm (for Reg Psychs & RCs with SIRA eligibility) Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment Training & coaching of other team members, for Senior Consultants The Benefits Above market salary package of $85-110K + Super Fantastic bonus scheme based on holistic assessment of your performance, following probation – up to 20% of your base salary, paid quarterly Professional development up to $2000 / year - customised & in line with your role Full-time or potential for part-time (ideally 4 days / week for experienced Consultants) Progress your career in Workplace Health with an organisation that values your development Smartphone & laptop Travel allowance, tolls & parking All business expenses Why do people love working here?
