Core Responsibilities Become a future financial leader & business partner: Receive structured development and hands‑on experience, preparing you for leadership roles within our global finance and commercial functions. Join a global cohort: Collaborate and learn alongside a diverse group of high‑potential individuals. Master commercial finance: Gain comprehensive experience in critical accounting and financial processes, from month‑end close to budgeting and material costing. Impact strategic planning: Contribute directly to budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing vital financial insights that drive business success. Gain end‑to‑end exposure: Work across various financial aspects of a global commercial department, understanding the full picture of our financial operations. Month‑end & year‑end processes: Support the preparation and execution of closing procedures. Daily finance & accounting routines: Assist with daily tasks, ensuring smooth and accurate operations. Budgeting & forecasting: Support preparation of cycles and analyze impact of economic factors and sales drivers. Material costing: Contribute to cost allocation runs. Financial reporting & analysis: Prepare and post monthly journals, accruals, reconciliations, and support internal management reports. Fixed asset management: Maintain accurate fixed asset registration. Intercompany transactions: Prepare and support charge‑outs of services/costs to other Bosch entities. Data management: Assist with master data clearing to maintain integrity. Audit assistance: Provide support during audit processes. Qualifications Educational excellence: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance; current study towards CPA/CA accreditation is a significant advantage. Strong business acumen: Deep understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and the impact of financial decisions. Exceptional communication & people skills: Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and build relationships within a complex, matrix organization. Powerful presentation skills: Strong PowerPoint skills for compelling reports and presentations. Exceptional attention to detail: High level of thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks. Technical proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is advantageous. Proactive & organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely delivery of financial processes.
