We are seeking an experienced and dedicated gardener to join our small team, working across two established and beautiful gardens in Mount Macedon and Romsey. What you'll be doing Performing regular mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding of gardens and lawns Planting, cultivating, and caring for a variety of plants, shrubs, and trees Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and tools, like ride‑on mowers, tractors, whipper snippers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers and blowers Identifying and addressing any pest or disease issues Assisting with the implementation of landscape design plans Ensuring the overall aesthetic and health of the gardens and landscaping Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment What we're looking for At least 2 years of experience as a gardener or in a similar role Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscaping techniques is an advantage Experience and ability to operate various gardening equipment and tools, like ride‑on mowers, tractors, whipper snippers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers and blowers Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks Excellent time management and organisational skills A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality work What we offer We are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
