Operations Manager Based at our Caboolture office, the Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of services across the business. This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for project coordination, team performance, customer experience, and operational improvement. Given the technical nature of our work, the successful candidate must be trade-qualified in either Air Conditioning or Electrical . This knowledge is essential for understanding job scopes, supporting field technicians, making sound operational decisions, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
