IVF Nurse

About the role As an IVF Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating treatment and delivering nursing services for all patients. With exceptional service, underpinned by a caring, compassionate nature, you will directly enhance the patient experience. You will provide information, education and support to patients before, during and after IVF and fertility treatment. Ideal Candidate As an IVF Nurse, you will be sensitive to the needs of our patients and will support their wellbeing through timely and considered communication. Ideally you will bring the following: Current RN AHPRA registration Experience in IVF/Fertility nursing (desirable) or a minimum 3 years experience in a nursing team environment Phlebotomy and ultrasound scanning competency (desirable) A caring compassionate nature to nurture a patient's fertility journey Ability to apply the 5E patient experience principles- empathy, entrust, engage, empower, expectation A willingness to work collaboratively within a fast paced clinic Exceptional organisational and multi tasking skills Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills A willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and across other departments A willingness to embrace the Monash IVF Group principles – Care, Collaborate, Communicate, Commitment, Create.
