What You’ll Work On You’ll help bridge the gap between business and technology by: Analysing data to uncover insights and solve real-world problems Creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Excel Translating business needs into system requirements Collaborating with developers, testers and stakeholders Perks & Benefits Full-time employment with a competitive salary Pre-assignment upskilling and on-the-job learning Ongoing development through the FDM Skills Lab and career support team Consultant Experience Team focused on your growth and wellbeing Inclusive female support network with initiatives to connect and empower each other About You You don’t need to come from a tech background, we’ll teach you what you need to know. We’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field – from STEM to psychology to business) Eligible to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident) Analytical thinking, clear communication, and a willingness to learn Open to relocating for client projects in Sydney or Melbourne (relocation support provided) Office attendance required 3-5 days, dependent on client assignment About Us FDM powers the people behind tech and innovation.
