Looking for your next step in legal admin? We are seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic Legal Assistants. The role Our Legal Assistants are an integral part of the team - supporting Lawyers, providing exceptional client service and administrative excellence. The work includes: Building relationships with clients/barristers/lawyers and liaising via phone, letter, email and in-person Collaborating with team members, extending beyond your own team Drafting, proofreading and filing legal documents and correspondence Preparing briefs to counsel, court books and mediation briefs Managing internal and external meetings, including coordinating travel and diary management Matter management including setting up files, conflict checks and due diligence procedures Completing end of month billing, including invoice preparation and file closures You will bring: Experience in administration and customer service essential, experience as a Legal Assistant or Personal Assistant desirable Microsoft365 proficiency and confidence learning new systems Experience with Actionstep desirable Adaptability and experience in an efficient and fast-paced environment Initiative and autonomy while also taking a collaborative approach Excellent written skills and attention to detail Great interpersonal and communication skills Fine-tuned multi-tasking and organisational skills Some More Of Our Employee Benefits Include Loyalty leave – an extra day’s leave for each year of service up to 5 years 4-8 weeks paid parental leave Salary continuance insurance A culture that focuses on work/life balance Regular social and client events Annual $250 reimbursement for wellness activities of your choice Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 access to confidential coaching and counselling services If you would like to join a firm committed to its clients and its people, click ‘Quick Apply” Thank you for your interest.
