About the role BSS has upcoming opportunities in Management positions in the new year, the ideal candidates will bring a thoughtful leadership style, strong interpersonal capability, and a commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative and professional work environment. Key responsibilities Providing clear, consistent leadership to support the team, their engagement and professional growth. Overseeing operational planning, service delivery, and performance outcomes. Strengthening systems, processes and quality improvements. Building collegial relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Leading change initiatives and contributing to strategic projects. Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, risk management and reporting requirements. About You We are seeking someone who demonstrates: Experience leading teams and/or management roles. A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience. Strong communication and people skills. The ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operational needs. Confidence in decision-making and a proactive, solution-focused approach. A collaborative style that supports teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement; and most importantly, A proven ability to foster a friendly and engaging working environment that ensures teams enjoy their work experience. This should involve creating a safe and supportive environment where employees feel valued and trusted to work autonomously. Candidates must hold either a Masters or PhD qualification in Psychology. Current AHPRA registration is required. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required. A minimum of 7+ years of psychology experience in organisational or clinical settings is essential.
