Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines. Work collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide training, coaching, and capacity building to a multi-disciplinary team Monitor and review the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed. Prepare comprehensive, compliant documentation and reports within required timeframes. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice. Lead and mentor a team of Behaviour Support Clinicians.
