We're seeking an experienced Joinery Drafter to join a well-established and fast‑paced joinery team in Greenacre. This is a full‑time drafting position and suits someone who has hands‑on drafting experience within a joinery or cabinetry environment. You’ll be responsible for converting architectural drawings into accurate, build‑ready shop drawings using AutoCAD and TopSolid. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Workshop Teams to ensure drawings are precise, manufacturable, and aligned with client specifications. This role offers exposure to high‑end residential and commercial joinery projects, working in a supportive environment where accuracy, detail and problem‑solving are key. Tasks & Responsibilities Produce detailed 2D/3D shop drawings using AutoCAD & TopSolid. Convert architectural plans into accurate, manufacturable joinery drawings. Interpret site measurements, elevations, sections and specifications. Prepare cutting lists, hardware details and assembly documentation. Liaise with production teams to resolve design or construction queries. Ensure drawings comply with joinery manufacturing standards. Revise and update drawings based on client or workshop feedback. Maintain organised drawing files and documentation. Skills & Experience Previous experience drafting joinery is essential – extensive experience not required. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; TopSolid experience highly regarded. Ability to interpret architectural and workshop drawings confidently. Solid understanding of joinery construction, materials & manufacturing processes. High attention to detail with strong spatial and technical accuracy. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with workshop teams. Full Australian working rights. Benefits & Perks Competitive salary: $80,000‑$100,000 + Super.
