Located at Alfredton, our kindergartens offer inclusive and creative programs nurturing children’s strengths, interests, and social connections. This role will be available for sessions that run from 8:30 to 4:00 Monday to Fridays. What’s On Offer In addition to receiving a salary and superannuation, you’ll receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits. We also offer a 60% staff discount on childcare through Uniting and there is the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program. About You Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority. Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes. Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education. Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework. View The Full Position Description Here.
