As an Assistant Front Office Manager at The Star Grand, reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of luxury hospitality, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals in one of the most iconic and prestigious properties in Sydney. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and an unparalleled guest experience. A few of your responsibilities: Ensure that the highest standards of guest service are achieved and maintained upon check‑in and during our guests stay Manage The Star Grand Loyalty Program and affiliated programs Ensure all guest comment cards are distributed to relevant departments and respond to guests when required Assist with the people planning requirements including recruitment, rostering, training and development of the team What we are looking for: Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a customer‑centric approach Knowledge of Opera property management system Flexibility availability including evenings and weekends About you: As a seasoned leader, you understand the essence of delivering world‑class service.
