Manager, Group Performance & Analytics Position at Westpac Permanent Full-time opportunity Sydney based Hybrid working model Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Research, Analyst, and Information Technology Industries Banking, Financial Services, and Investment Banking What’s the role? As a Manager – Group Performance & Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality performance insights through reporting and analytics aligned with the bank’s strategy and competitive landscape. You will support business conversations and decision-making with efficient, data‑led, driver‑based insights, while balancing performance with commercial value, risk, innovation, sustainability, productivity and digitisation. A key focus will be simplifying processes to eliminate non-value‑add work and create capacity for meaningful analytics. What do I need? 3+ years banking or financial services experience desirable Working towards or Chartered / CPA qualification desirable Extensive practical application of Excel skills; and experience with BI / reporting tools and large data sets desirable Experience with financial modelling, process and or report design Solid collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimisation whilst maintaining customer service Why join us?
