Goal Indigenous Services are seeking motivated Trade Assistants in Essendon Fields VIC to build new transportable modular buildings. This role requires you to work alongside tradespeople & assisting them to build the modular buildings. You will assist in a number of different labouring and trade assistant roles with the carpentry and welding teams. Key Responsibilities: Assisting qualified tradespersons in all aspects of labouring Building new transportable dongas General labouring duties such as moving materials, maintaining a clean site, and following safety protocols. Supporting the setup and teardown of scaffolding and temporary structures. Operating power tools and machinery under supervision. Following instructions from supervisors and site managers to meet project deadlines. Skills & Experience: Attention to detail A strong commitment to safety and willingness to follow safety procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour.
