What You’ll Love About AIM Beautiful, fully equipped clinic spaces designed for creativity and fun Freedom to work in the community, in the clinic and from home when needed Gradual caseload build‑up for a smooth transition Collaboration with experienced Clinical Leads and a supportive team Vibrant therapy rooms featuring trampolines, swings, toys, and more Extensive assessment tools and resources at your fingertips Focus on client care; our admin team handles bookings and invoicing What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonuses + travel reimbursement Company laptop and smartphone provided Flexible hours to fit school runs, childcare and life commitments Paid parental leave Salary packaging and novated leasing options Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Clear career pathways into Senior and Leadership roles Bi‑annual goal setting and career planning $1,000 annual external PD allowance + paid PD leave Key Responsibilities Assist NDIS participants, families and carers to identify needs through assessment and person‑centred planning Evaluate, develop and deliver evidence‑based support plans within a complex support space Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework, and commit to eliminating restrictive practices, in home and community settings Ensure individual plans reflect participants’ goals, passions and strengths Build knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants – family, carers, friends, etc. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners Qualifications Current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner Considerable experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern (professionally and/or personally) Flawless report writing skills Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle Additional Information We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
