The Opportunity This is more than a scheduling role — it’s the heartbeat of our service operations. As a Field Service Coordinator , you’ll manage the daily flow of work for our Field Service Engineers (FSEs), ensuring customers get proactive communication, jobs are dispatched with precision, and service standards are consistently met. You’ll have the opportunity to streamline operations, safeguard quality, and grow into senior operational leadership as LETO continues to expand nationally. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily scheduling, dispatch, and workload allocation for Field Service Engineers Classify and triage service requests to align response with customer Proactively communicate with customers on job readiness, ETAs, and service outcomes Ensure all jobs are closed with accurate notes, photos, compliance documents, and invoices within agreed timeframes Process spare parts, consumables, warranty claims, and service contracts with full tracking Maintain CRM/ERP records (SimPRO), applying operational tags and banners to safeguard quality standards Issue daily reports to the Field Service Manager and stakeholders on service activity, risks, FSE performance, and revenue conversion Support engineers live in the field, securing first‑time fix success and resolving emergent issues Monitor and Report KPIs such as start‑time compliance, utilization, quote conversion, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) Uphold a High Standard of documentation, compliance, billing accuracy, and follow‑up actions Skills & Qualifications Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations support (preferred) Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and customer‑facing) Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (SimPRO, Salesforce, or similar) High attention to detail with strong process and documentation discipline Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines Understanding of technical or field service environments (advantageous) What We Offer Career Growth – Pathways to senior operations leadership as LETO expands nationally Autonomy – Ownership of coordination, service standards, and reporting Impact – Be the central link between customers, engineers, and management Development – Structured training and exposure to advanced service operations frameworks Culture – High‑performance team that values accountability, initiative, and excellence Apply Now If you thrive in a structured, fast‑moving environment and want to play a central role in shaping customer success, we’d love to hear from you.
