We are seeking a skilled and motivated Qualified Painter to join our expanding team. Our company delivers high-quality interior, exterior and façade painting services across residential and commercial sites, with a strong focus on safety and workmanship. Key Responsibilities Preparing surfaces by sanding, filling gaps, repairing imperfections, removing outdated paint or wallpaper, and restoring timber elements. Applying paints, stains, varnishes and specialised protective coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipment. Mixing, tinting and adjusting paints to achieve accurate colour and finish requirements. Installing wallpaper and decorative coverings, ensuring clean edges and proper pattern alignment. Setting up ladders, access equipment, and protective materials to maintain clean and safe work areas. Carrying out minor repair work such as patching surfaces and restoring timber or window frames. Maintaining all painting tools, spray systems and equipment, and ensuring work areas are cleaned and organised after completion. Adhering to WHS standards across residential and commercial sites. Completing painting tasks in elevated or restricted areas using rope-access methods when required. Requirements Experience as a professional Painter. Valid White Card. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport. Police Check or ability to obtain one. IRATA Level 1/2/3 certification (highly regarded but not mandatory). What We Offer Full-time secure role (40 hours/week).
