After 20 years of helping "strangers become sisters," we're continuing to grow — and our much-loved Rosa mini-bus program is expanding too About the Role We're looking for a creative and organised Rosa Bus Trip Co-Ordinator to help plan, design, and deliver memorable day trips and mini-breaks across Victoria.This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who loves detail and logistics, and who can go from planning a fabulous day trip or mini break to seeing it through as a driver/guide. Responsibilities Crafting and costing itineraries for Rosa II trips and short getaways Liaising with suppliers, venues, and attractions to curate unique experiences Coordinating bookings, traveller lists, and trip documentation - max 10 travellers Assisting in marketing and promotional ideas for upcoming Rosa adventures Be the primary driver/guide for Rosa's day trips and mini-breaks when required — full training provided About You You're experienced in travel, tourism, or events coordination — but more than that, you have passion, initiative, and a flair for creating unforgettable journeys. Has experience in itinerary planning or tour operations Has a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in tourism or events planning, including roles such as event coordinator, travel agent, or tour operator Thrives in a small-team environment where ideas matter Has strong communication and organisational skills Enjoys being part of a supportive, women-focused workplace Has Australian work rights and is eligible to work in Australia Has a perfect driving record (and current car licence) A Note from Us Due to the nature of our tours, this role operates within a women-only travel environment.
