Salary $55,000 to $65,000 per year + super + sick pay + holiday pay About Us 5 Minute Blinds is a fast‑growing blinds and curtains company. We pride ourselves on our efficient, evolving work environment where results matter more than clock‑watching. The Role We are looking for a full‑time factory worker to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include: Picking and packing orders Performing QA on customer orders Using a drop saw and fabric cutting machinery Other general factory duties Who You Are Self‑motivated and proactive Reliable and punctual, ready for a long‑term role Capable of lifting and moving up to 20kg Experienced in factory, manufacturing, or pick/packing roles Comfortable using a walking stacker and a drop saw Possess a valid driver’s license for van deliveries What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $31.50 ($55,000 – $65,000/year) + super A friendly, supportive work environment where your contributions are valued Full training on our products and systems Work Environment You’ll be working in a quiet warehouse setting, away from direct customer interactions. Occasionally, you’ll need to unload trucks, which can be the busiest time of your day. Dress Code General factory attire with steel‑cap shoes is required for safety. Start Date December 10th.
