Job Location ARCH, NW. Role Overview Work as a professional team member providing services to adults, children and young people affected by family violence within the multidisciplinary Family Violence Service under the Safe at Home initiative. Responsibilities Deliver specialist services to adults, children and young people affected by family violence in accordance with best practice principles and within a collaborative multidisciplinary framework. Provide programmes that incorporate multi‑level assessments and interventions to address client needs. Apply appropriate models of intervention, exercising professional judgement and initiative. Manage a busy workload, prioritise tasks, and maintain high standards of client care. Communicate effectively with clients, carers, colleagues and stakeholders. Qualifications & Key Skills Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of family violence and its impact on adults, children and young people. Experience working with complex needs and applying developmental models for children and young people. Professional judgement and the ability to work with general supervision. Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills. Effective verbal and written communication; able to liaise with clients, carers, staff and stakeholders. Eligibility Approved allied health professional tertiary qualification or programme of study and registration with the relevant National Board (or relevant professional association) with current membership eligibility. Current Working with Children registration. All required licences and registrations must remain current and valid throughout employment. Position Details Fixed term, full‑time day worker covering up to 76 hours fortnightly, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2027. Hours to be negotiated. Salary $73,834 to $111,364 per annum plus 12% superannuation contribution. Professional Development Allowance up to $1,000 per annum. Benefits Professional development and accelerated pathways.
