WHO ARE YOU With solid retail or customer service experience behind you, you shine on floor as a stylist, trend advisor and passionate brand ambassador creating lasting memories for our clients You are an advocate for body positivity and believe fashion is for all women, regardless of age and size. You have a passion for detail and a love of colour and prints Capable of working independently and manage the store on the days you work. You will demonstrate exceptional client service, brand and product knowledge and relationship building skills to achieve the expectations of Maevarii’s global vision. Acquire and grow the Maevarii client database through engaging and maintaining professional client relationships. Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong, warm genuine relationships with our clientele and the community through social events. You are creative and passionate about fashion and have a sharp eye for styling, product presentation and a deep understanding of our brand identity. You bring visual concepts to life translating trends into inspiring displays that elevate customer experience. Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs 2+ years’ experience in women’s fashion retail You will be the go-to for style advice and help every customer find their perfect Maevarii fit Available to work 4 days. Work with a brand that will reward you with generous commissions. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in store, through steaming and tidying the store as required, alongside stock replenishment. This isn’t just a sales role.
