Job Description We have a newly created role within the Franchise Operations team, based in Brisbane Hola Central. This is a great opportunity for someone who might be working within a restaurant and looking to further their career within GYG. As the Franchise Operations Support Coordinator, you will provide coordination and administrative support across franchise capability, development, and operations to ensure the successful recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance of franchisees. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence, legal compliance, and strategic alignment within the Franchise team, and you will be responsible for coordinating documentation, training, reporting, and communication. You will assist in building strong relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders, enabling scalable growth and consistent brand standards across the network. The Role Will Organise and coordinate franchise capability meetings, including agenda refinement and minute recording/filing. Maintain and update franchise recruitment documents, including website content. Order and deliver documentation, training materials, and uniforms for franchisees. Update Franchise department information for board reports, strategic meetings, and audits. Manage document storage, filing and record‑keeping for the Franchise team. Skills & Abilities High level of communication skills. Sound computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Proactive and independent worker. High level of attention to detail and sound time management skills. Enthusiastic and engaged with a high level of initiative and strong work ethics.
