Culburra Beach Bowling & Recreation Club is a medium to large size family club located 20 minutes east of Nowra in the beautiful coastal Village of Culburra Beach. The Club aims to support its members by providing a welcoming environment for the community to enjoy. The position is an on‑site, hands‑on role that will provide variety and flexibility in a dynamic and growing work environment. We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, and experienced Duty Manager / Supervisor who can provide excellent customer service and ensure our club runs smoothly and efficiently. The role is full time, 38 hours a week, but we are also open to a casual role up to 25 hours a week depending on the applicant. Do you have previous experience in a similar role? If so, we want to hear from you Qualifications & Experience Current NSW RSA and RCG Understanding of legislative requirements of the Club Experience in Gaming, TAB and Keno The Role: Manage Operations – Oversee daily operations including gaming, food and beverage, events, and customer service Lead & Motivate – Inspire and guide the team to provide exceptional service Ensure Compliance – Uphold all laws, regulations, and venue policies, especially those regarding responsible service of alcohol and gaming Customer Care – Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly Maintain Standards – Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness Collaborate – Work with management to boost customer satisfaction and revenue Create a Safe Environment – Ensure the comfort and safety of both staff and customers What you offer: Experience – Proven track record in a similar role within hospitality or gaming Leadership Skills – Excellent communication and team management abilities Knowledge – Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations (RSA and RCG certifications required) Customer Focus – A passion for delivering exceptional customer service Calm Under Pressure – Ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment Flexibility – Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays Benefits Staff Development & Training – $5,000.00 a year Staff meals covered on shift and staff allowances Management growth and mentoring throughout our venue Please address your application with CEO Luke Richards via SEEK. #J-18808-Ljbffr
