Overview NDC Keilor is seeking dynamic and highly organised Dental Assistant / Receptionists to join their friendly team on a full-time basis. Our company is uniquely led by an elite group of dentists who form the Clinical Advisory Committee. About the Role As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients. Skills & Experience You have: Certificate III or IV in dental assisting (required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite 2 years experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) (required) You are: Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic What We Offer We believe in investing in our team's development.
