What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you need a blend of compassion, professional knowledge, and experience. Critical Incident Response Experience: must have experience in critical incident and significant event responses and a strong understanding of Psychological First Aid. Experience in mental health risk assessment and risk management via telehealth. Training in Mental Health First Aid is highly desirable. Commitment to Quality: Work within a growing organisation focused on maintaining high‑quality support services and improving mental health and wellbeing. Attention to Detail: Manage the intricacies associated with multiple stakeholders effectively. Client Focus: Ensure solutions are always in the best interests of clients. Your Contributions Qualifications: AHPRA registered psychologists or AASW Social Workers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Counselling Skills: Proficient in evidence‑based frameworks with demonstrated competency in providing psychological services for a broad range of clients and concerns. Critical Incident Response: Experience in providing critical incident response to workplaces is desirable. Organisational Skills: Exceptional planning and organisational abilities with the capacity to self‑manage and work autonomously. Tech Savvy: Confidence in using technology and an IT case management system.
