Office Location : Darwin, Northern Territory, AU, Company : NEC Corporation We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Darwin on a permanent basis to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems. Key responsibilities Technology implementations, service and project requests, Severity 2 and 3 Incident response and rectification. Previous Experience Required Windows Server and Desktop OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & cloud), Microsoft Teams. VMware vSphere and associated VMware technologies. Microsoft System Centre suite and other enterprise software. Infrastructure platform design and troubleshooting. Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL v4 practices. Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Experience with complex systems environments (physical and virtualized). You will bring with you High levels of communication and interpersonal skills A proactive approach.
