This position is responsible for arranging the transportation and shipment of Export Air consignments from origin to destination by compiling, completing, and verifying required documents and Cargowise One data in accordance with company policy and procedure and external body regulations. Responsibilities Work together with Export Air team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered. Carry out Export workflow processes in accordance with management directive, customer instructions, SOPs, and specified requirements. Establish and maintain strong client relationships with DSV customers (internal and external), suppliers and service providers both locally and overseas. Ability to problem solve Export Air issues with a range of stakeholders including but not limited to: airlines, transport providers, co-loaders, and customers. Plan and prioritize Export shipments from the Export Workbenches in order to achieve milestone requirements, designated KPIs and deadlines. Support the Senior Team Lead & Manager, Airfreight with day-to-day activities, and other reasonable tasks and projects as required. About you You have relevant industry knowledge with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Process Driven, you can follow the outlined process to achieve the desired result. You work collaboratively with the team to drive efficiency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
