This client-facing consulting role suits a technically capable, commercially minded researcher - someone curious, analytical, and adept at turning complex data into actionable insights for senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Work across multiple categories – including telco, retail, QSR and FMCG – building strong client engagement. Combine transactional and survey data to craft compelling, data-driven narratives that drive action. Solve complex business problems using data to inform CX, category strategy, market share, penetration, basket size, preferences and more. Support questionnaire design and data quality improvements for multi-category syndicated products. Assist in automating reporting processes and developing scalable data solutions. Present findings and facilitate client workshops. About You We’d love to hear from you if you: Are excited by the world of ResTech and next-generation consumer insights. Bring solid experience in consumer insights or strategy. Can distil key insights from large datasets — survey and/or POS data. Are a confident, client-facing data strategist. Have data analysis skills and experience using R, SPSS, Q or SAS (DisplayR is a huge plus). Enjoy visualising data in innovative and impactful ways.
