About the job Role: ServiceNow Developer Location: Melbourne Mode: Contract Duration: 6 Months Notice Period: Immediate - 1 Week Must Have Skills Service Now Scrum Detailed Job Description We are looking for 1 developer with 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, TSM, FSM and then Integrations with Domain Separation. The successful candidate will work with in-house solution teams and/or third parties to design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions. Certifications Needed ITIL Certification SNOW Developer certification Top 3 responsibilities Automate business processes through scripting and development of applications in ServiceNow Create interfaces in ServiceNow to interact with various other systems Adhere to the Agile methodology of project delivery when releasing new solutions Identify areas that require improvement and propose solutions to address them To maintain the software at required currency Additional information Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer across the ITSM modules Solid skills/experience working with Development APIs RDBMS/SQL Experience - in establishing integrations through JDBC and the MID Server A relevant ServiceNow certification is mandatory Experience in patching and lifecycle upgrade of ServiceNow Sound knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery Effective communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and communicate findings in a meaningful way Experience in integrating with third party products is desirable Service Assurance & Network Assurance telecom domain knowledge preferred How to Apply We’re not necessarily searching for excellence.
