Broker Support Officer – Facultative Reinsurance (Sydney) Guy Carpenter is a global risk and reinsurance specialist. We are looking for a Broker Support Officer to work with us in the Facultative Reinsurance team based in the Sydney Head Office at Barangaroo . You need to have excellent communication skills and a track record for providing great customer service. The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Broker Support Facultative and eventually assist the Broking team along with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities First line of support to the Head of Broker Support Facultative. Preparing new and existing broker contract documents. Processing broker business into our Singapore office. Communicating and managing relationships with internal and external business units on business and broker related queries. Assisting with ad-hoc office related projects and initiatives where required. Undertaking other tasks as reasonably requested by Management. Qualifications Experience in property or casualty insurance / reinsurance. Demonstrated knowledge of the insurance life cycle. Some experience working within the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organisational and time-management skills. A passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering results. Care for work colleagues and the clients we serve. Must have advanced computer skills.
