Qualifications Required Certificate III or Diploma in Early - Childhood/Children’s services First Aid and CPR certification Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification Employee Working with Children Check About the Centre Lightning Reef ELC is a single storey 115-place centre, co-located with a primary school and maternal health rooms.
