Providing comprehensive administrative support to partners, managers, and team members to ensure efficient workflow. Coordinating meeting room bookings, mail processing, couriers, and general office upkeep. Assisting with client data management, including scanning, filing, onboarding, and maintaining accurate records across systems. Preparing correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets as required. Supporting tax and accounting processes — including ATO lodgements, fee preparation assistance, and document collation. Maintaining office supplies and liaising with contractors for maintenance and repairs. Utilising a range of software including Microsoft Office, MYOB, Xero, and internal databases to support daily operations. Your Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will bring a proactive, organised, and professional approach to every task. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in an administrative or team support role, ideally within professional services. High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confidence in learning new systems. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner. A proactive, self‑motivated, and positive attitude with strong initiative. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A commitment to confidentiality and delivering exceptional client service. The Offer: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, friendly, and supportive team that values its people. You’ll enjoy: A collaborative and positive team culture. A varied and rewarding role where your contribution makes a genuine difference. Opportunities for professional development and skill growth. Modern offices conveniently located in central Cairns. If you’re a dedicated administrator with a passion for providing exceptional support and client service, we’d love to hear from you.
