St John NT is seeking a proactive and committed Work Health and Safety Business Partner to join our dedicated WHS team. This role puts you at the heart of how we protect our people, support safe operations, and contribute to a positive, values-driven workplace. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to guide safe practices, build capability, and ensure we meet our WHS commitments to staff, volunteers, and the Territory community. About the Role As a Work Health and Safety Business Partner , you will: Provide professional WHS advice, coaching and support to leaders and staff Coordinate incident, hazard and injury reporting, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow‑up Support and deliver WHS induction, education and training programs Develop, maintain and improve WHS systems, procedures and documentation Contribute to a proactive safety culture focused on prevention, wellbeing and continuous improvement About You You bring strong professional judgement, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to workplace safety. You build constructive relationships, work collaboratively, and take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.
