About the Role Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs. There are opportunities for Supervisor Mobile Equipment Maintenance across Rio Tinto's Pilbara Mine Operations. Key Responsibilities Being an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices, and processes. Providing safety and technical leadership, mentoring team members, and understanding their strengths to ensure safety and quality work. Completing daily inspections and engaging with your team to develop a safe, efficient work culture. Allocating and coordinating planned maintenance activities following Rio Tinto workflow principles. Prioritizing and managing breakdowns with the mine production team. Driving continuous improvement projects focused on cost savings and efficiency. What You'll Bring A commitment to safety for yourself and your team. Leadership experience with a successful track record in developing and coaching team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Respect for others and an inclusive mindset. A current Australian manual (C Class) driver's license.
