What you will do Greet guests, checking them in and out while providing a quality experience Provide information on local attractions and events Assist guests with directions around the hotel and in local areas Build good relationships with guests, resolving complaints in an effective and courteous manner Take a proactive, positive, and professional approach to all duties and tasks More about you Experience in a hotel or resort front office environment Proficiency in using front office systems and booking software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional grooming and presentation standards Valid and unrestricted driver's licence beneficial The application period will close on 28/11/2025, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner.
