What you’ll do As a Grounds & Maintenance all-rounder, you will assist with the following: Keep our resort grounds immaculate; mowing, weeding, pruning, and landscaping like a pro. Dive into pool care; cleaning, dosing, water balancing, and basic repairs. Maintain and clean public areas, ensuring everything’s guest ready. Pitch in on gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs, and a splash of painting. Lend a hand with minor repairs across cabins, campsites, amenities, and facilities. Deliver friendly, incidental customer service, because a helping hand goes a long way What you’ll bring Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work (trade qualification not required—we love a true all-rounder). Skills with ride‑on and push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping, and weed control. Knowledge of safe working procedures and basic hygiene requirements. Ability to work unsupervised and a hands‑on, can‑do attitude. Hardworking, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a good level of fitness (it’s a physically demanding role). What’s in it for you?
